Ultimate Beverage Challenge 88 points - A highly aromatic nose with notes of muscat, grass and fermented grapes. Nice acidity on the palate, with grassy notes following through, all ending with a peppery finish. (Apr 2016)
Worked out with Quebranta grapes at controlled fermentation temperature, this pisco is crystalline and shining out in glass. It has flavours of yellow fruits and chirimoya of good intensity with a bottom of floral notes characteristic of this type of vine.
In mouth it is pleasant, persistent in palate with a prolonged end.
