Floral characters mix with the rich, ripe fruit and are abundantly present along with hints of chocolate, pepper and spice. This has a well structured mouthfeel with a sweet texture to the moderate tannins (slightly more than last year,), making an enjoyable Cabernet Sauvignon now in its youth or with additional bottle age, a more complex food friendly wine.
